My career path is a great example of this. I started as a Spanish interpreter, applied and moved to Assembly and Shipping, then was encouraged to join the Implementation Team by my manager. After I branched off to focus on VRI (video remote interpretation), I eventually was promoted to Manager and then Associate Director of VRI Operations. I love that no day is the same as the other; I’m constantly coming up with custom solutions for each client.
